Meet Farishta
Farishta lives in Kabul with her two children. She is the sole breadwinner of the family. Farishta learned how to do embroidery from her mom and has been making a living doing it for 20+ years now. Before the Taliban took over in 2021, Farishta was able to go into the office and make a good living using her artistic skills. Now things are very different.
